Craver Construction was established in 2013 by the Owner, Gage Craver. The company was built with the vision that each project is done with the same level of respect, quality, communication, and transparency as if it were being done for our own family. 

Gage Craver, the founder and creative mind behind Craver Construction, has always had a passion for woodworking. This is highlighted through his beautiful craftsmanship in all his builds, as well as the natural wooden beams used in his work. The Craver family has a long history in woodworking, with Gage’s grandfather also being a carpenter who built a home in South Carolina. Gage decided to carry on the family tradition with his multi-generational craftsmanship and woodworking skills.

Gage started from the ground up, with picking up debris on jobs at age 15 for a summer job in California. He moved to Nashville and started working with a contractor at 23 years old, learning every part of the process in remodeling a home. He worked to complete full house remodels down to the studs, mostly in East Nashville before the big rush to flip in the area. Gage also has experience in real estate, which gave him a well-rounded foundation to start his own business and add value to homes. Craver Construction was then established in 2013 and Gage has been creating stunning craftsman homes ever since.

In his free time Gage enjoys working around his property, family time, home sawmill, snowboarding, and being on the lake. Completing several craftsman homes and projects in the Leiper’s Fork area, Gage and his entire team works hard to bring each client the best possible service.
